Term & Conditions

Effective Date: 05-July-2025

1. Scope of Work: Vishal Fabricator provides fabrication and installation services for iron & steel structures, including but not limited to doors, windows, staircases, railings, and grills as per client specifications.

2. Estimates and Quotation: All quotations are valid for 15 days. Prices may vary based on design or material changes.

3. Advance Payment: A minimum 50% advance is required to begin work. The remaining is payable upon completion or as per agreed milestones.

4. Time Frame & Delays: Project timelines will be shared. Delays due to weather, material issues, or site readiness will be communicated.

5. Site Readiness: The client must ensure site accessibility. Delays caused due to site issues may incur extra charges.

6. Material Quality: We use standard grade iron and steel. Any specific brand requirement must be informed beforehand.

7. Warranty: 6-month warranty on welding and structural integrity. Rusting and misuse are not covered.

8. Changes & Modifications: Any post-confirmation changes may increase cost and timeline.

9. Cancellation Policy: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Advance payments are non-refundable.

10. Ownership & Liability: Materials remain property of Vishal Fabricator until full payment is received. We are not liable for third-party damages post-installation.

11. Dispute Resolution: All disputes will be under Faridabad, Haryana jurisdiction.

12. Acceptance: Placing an order confirms acceptance of these terms.
